PESHAWARI PULAO MADE EASY

INGREDIENTS:

  •     Mutton 1 kg
  •     Rice 1 kg
  •     Onion 2 chopped
  •     Ginger garlic 2 tbsp
  •     Yogurt 2 cup
  •     See green chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
  •     Tomato 2 chopped
  •     Green cardamom 8
  •     Cloves 12
  •     Cinnamon 4 sticks
  •     Oil One cup


METHOD OF COOKING:

 
Heat oil add chopped onion and slightly brown. Add ginger-garlic paste. Green chili garlic sauce. Whole spices and chopped tomatoes. Fry well. Add mutton with yogurt. Cover and cook for 10 mins. Then add 6 cups of water. Cover and cook till mutton is done. Add in your soaked rice cook till water dries and leave it on dum.
